Monitoring Status and Rating

  • Location for Status: Business phone number's status, quality rating, and messaging limits can be viewed in WhatsApp Manager under the Phone numbers tab.

Maintaining High Quality

  1. Adherence to Policies: Follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
  2. User Consent: Only message users who have opted in to receive messages from your business.
  3. Personalization and Relevance: Ensure messages are personalized and useful. Avoid generic open-ended messages.
  4. Messaging Frequency: Be cautious with the number of messages sent per day. Optimize informational messages for content and length.
